"Our chosen One shall be called MARY, and
this name is to be powerful and magnificent. Those
that shall invoke it with devout affection shall
receive most abundant graces; those that shall honor
it and pronounce it with reverence shall be consoled
and vivified, and will find in it the remedy of their
evils, the treasures for their enrichment, the light
which shall guide them to heaven. It shall be terrible
against the power of hell, it shall crush the head of
the serpent and it shall win glorious victories over the
princes of hell. The Lord commanded the angelic spirits
to announce this glorious name to saint Anne, so that
what was decreed in heaven might be executed on earth."
Prayer to the Child Mary and to Saint Joachim
and Saint Ann
Hail, Infant Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee,
blessed art thou forever, and blessed are thy holy
parents Joachim and Ann, of whom thou wast miraculously
born. Mother of God, intercede for us.
We fly to thy patronage, holy and amiable Child Mary,
despise not our prayers in our necessities, but deliver
us from all dangers, glorious and blessed Virgin.
V. Pray for us, holy Child Mary.
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us Pray: O almighty and merciful God, Who through
the cooperation of the Holy Ghost, didst prepare the
body and soul of the Immaculate Infant Mary that she
might be the worthy Mother of Thy Son, and didst preserve
her from all stain, grant that we who venerate with all
our hearts her most holy childhood, may be freed, through
her merits and intercession, from all uncleanness of mind
and body, and be able to imitate her perfect humility,
obedience and charity. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen
Saint Anthony of Padua
"Considering things as they are, because God has decided
to begin and accomplish His greatest works through the
Blessed Virgin ever since He created Her, we can safely
believe that He will not change His plan in the time to
come, for He is God and therefore does not change in His
thoughts or His way of acting."
